B.Arch. & M.Arch from University of Waterloo
Krista is a mom of 3 that brings 15 years’ worth of experience in architecture. She is an agritourism, barn conversion, and high-performance building expert who lives in a passive barn conversion she designed. Krista grew up on a dairy farm, is married to a pig farmer, and operates her own hobby, permaculture orchard.

Kristen brings over three years of experience at an award-winning firm to the Veld Team. She is creative, thoughtful, and thorough in her work. She has read nearly every book on permaculture and small-scale gardening. She is an avid foodie, an unofficial Sioux chef, and a cheese maker. She resides in Ottawa and is currently pursuing a license in Architecture.

Ewout is a Revit 3D Master! He brings 10+ years of design, drafting, construction, and project coordination experience. Ewout is incredibly detail-oriented, an experienced problem solver, and very thoughtful in stressful situations. He enjoys rural life near Chatsworth, Ontario, dabbles in cider making, and would consider himself an avid foodie!

Through volunteering, academics, and professional experience, he has worked on projects that range in scale. Isaac excels in design development, drawing, and collaborating with clients and his team. In addition to his professional experience, he spent extended periods living and working on his family's dairy farm.

Anokhi is the heart of our studio's activities and is the driving force behind so many of our projects. She is detail-oriented and has a wealth of site planning experience. She is often one of the first team members our clients meet. From Project Scouting Reports to coordinating site plan approval and applications, she enjoys helping others turn their ideas into reality.
